Babcock & Robinson has been operating in Peterborough and Lindsay areas for 40 years. We manage rental units, rental buildings and we manage condominium properties.

With those 40 years of experience Babcock & Robinson has built up extensive resources, contractors and knowledge to help serve our Rental Property Owners better.

We make sure we find the right tenant for each of the rental properties. We guarantee the tenant for the first year of the tenancy.

We currently responsible for the management of over 900 condominium units.  

The owner of Babcock & Robinson, Robert E. Babcock, has the designation of “Registered Condominium Manager” (RCM) from the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario which is the highest level of accreditation obtainable in Ontario pertaining to training and education.
